After two late cancellations on extended services, we require a valid credit card to be kept on file to continue booking future appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Charges only apply if the policy below is not followed.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice Charged 50% of the scheduled service price (or $30 minimum).

• No-shows (missed appointments without cancellation) Charged 75% of the scheduled service price.

• Late arrivals:

  • Up to 10 minutes late Service may be shortened at stylists discretion.

  • 15 minutes late Portions of the service (such as styling or color) may be forfeited.

  • 20 minutes late or more Appointment will be rescheduled and charged 75% of the scheduled service price.

Important: Continued late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges at Amata Salon.
